Customer Support (CS) Department is part of Aircraft PT. Dirgantara
Indonesia (Indonesian Aerospace – IAe), established since October 2000 The task
of Customer Division is primarily to provide Product Support for IAe.
Our current support range includes:
- Fixed Wing : CN-235, NC-212
- Rotary Wing : BO-105, BK-117, Bell-412, SA-330, AS-332
Customer Support is located in Bandung, about 180 Km, South-east of Jakarta,
occupies an area about 10,000 sq. meter which consist of various facilities as
follows:
- Offices : 1500 sq. meter
- Stores : 400 sq. meter
- Computer : 65 Set, Software Office, AutoCAD & Adobe Acrobat
- Currently, CS Division employs about 87 highly-qualified people with
various skill : engineers, tradesmen, spare provisioning specialists,
technical writers, illustrator etc.
